GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 These E-shop Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), setting out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the website of the e-shop.

EXECUTION OF THE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

2.1 The contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for digital goods in the online shop, having first read and understood these Rules.

SELLER'S RIGHTS

3.1 In the event of serious circumstances, the Seller may suspend temporarily or completely the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the e-shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the e-shop without notice.

SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

4.1 The Seller undertakes to make available the services of the online shop, the conditions of operation of which are set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 After successful processing of the payment, the Customer shall receive access to the digital product by email or through a personal account on our website.
4.3 If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to provide access to the purchased digital product, the Seller shall have the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Contract by informing the Buyer in advance and undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 working days.

BUYER'S RIGHTS

5.1 The Buyer shall be entitled to purchase digital goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, digital goods that have been launched or downloaded cannot be returned.

BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

6.1 The Buyer shall pay for the Digital Goods purchased in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 By using the online shop, the Buyer confirms that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale and must comply with them.

PRODUCT PRICES

7.1 The prices of digital goods in the online shop shall be quoted in euros. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

ORDERING AND PAYING FOR GOODS

8.1 After visiting the online shop, the Customer shall select the digital goods that he/she likes and place them in the shopping cart. After the shopping cart has been created, the Buyer shall enter the personal data necessary for the execution of the order and shall confirm that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and confirm the order.

FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.3 All disputes arising out of the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. 9.4 The Parties shall be excused from the performance of their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such performance is prevented by unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force Major).
