Delivery
Our e-shop sells only digital goods: electronic documents, training, videos and other digital content services.
After successful processing of the payment, the customer receives access to the digital product by email or via a personal account on our website.
Delivery time is usually instant, but in some cases can take up to 48 hours.
If you have not received access to your digital product within 48 hours of payment confirmation, please contact our customer service department at info@oktava.lt.
Returns and Refunds
According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union's consumer protection rules, digital content goods that have been made available or downloaded cannot be returned.
Refunds are only available if the customer has not been able to access the digital product due to a technical fault in the system and our team has not been able to resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
If you have any complaints about the quality of or access to a digital product, please contact us at info@oktava.lt within 14 days of the date of purchase.
All refund requests are dealt with on an individual basis, taking into account the arguments presented and the availability of technical assistance.
