Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Our e-shop sells only digital goods: electronic documents, training, videos and other digital content services.<\/p><\/li>

  2. After successful processing of the payment, the customer receives access to the digital product by email or via a personal account on our website.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Delivery time is usually instant, but in some cases can take up to 48 hours.<\/p><\/li>

  4. If you have not received access to your digital product within 48 hours of payment confirmation, please contact our customer service department at info@oktava.lt.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

    1. According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union's consumer protection rules, digital content goods that have been made available or downloaded cannot be returned.<\/p><\/li>

    2. Refunds are only available if the customer has not been able to access the digital product due to a technical fault in the system and our team has not been able to resolve the problem within a reasonable time.<\/p><\/li>

    3. If you have any complaints about the quality of or access to a digital product, please contact us at info@oktava.lt within 14 days of the date of purchase.<\/p><\/li>

    4. All refund requests are dealt with on an individual basis, taking into account the arguments presented and the availability of technical assistance.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
